I attended 90hr Yoga (Alliance Certified) Embodied Woman Pre/Postpartum Yoga Teacher Training.
I’m happy to be able to incorporate yoga movements and breaths into my prenatal class and to use this amazing practice during postpartum to help the mums to reconnect with their core and pelvic floor.
